Aqua Assist Pty Ltd, has recently been developing a brand new Manufacturing Quality Control and Traceability System called Manufacture Assist. Click Here to download the Brochure

The software written for Windows and Network enabled can handle Raw Materials to Finished Products. The system starts off with a Raw Material , through its order process, deliveries and stock control, then its Master Products with their recipe list through to Production. Quality Control is recorded through Production, Raw Material Analysis, and Finished Product Analysis. The system can also set up Specifications for Target Values, Min and Max and recommended actions to be taken when the Raw Material or Finished Product fails.

The system main strength is in its ability to estimate the full cost of production of a product. The Master Product Estimator / Maker Wizard uses a series of inputs from either a Customer Order or through the Product List and using a series of fuzzy logic can work out the costs of manufacture, shortfalls in stock control, a re-order of Raw Material List, and Suppliers Purchase Order List.
