Aqua Assist Pty Ltd is pleased to announce that Ken Heuer Manager of Cradle
Trout Pty Ltd has join us.
We are three years old and this year is our first harvest. We have three farms, a hatchery in a place called Badplaas. We have 6000 cub of water in 88 ponds. We do trout exclusively, gold, red, brown and of course rainbow for the table market. The other 2 farms are in the west of Johannesburg which is a grow out facility only. We are gearing up to produce 5 tons of fish per week for the smoked trout market. We will be there within 6 months.

The farms are run by my son and I with 2 other managers assisting.
Both farms are on perennial rivers and the ponds are gravity fed.

Growout Farm for Barramundi in Western Australia. Guy Westbrook who has known
Aqua Assist for several years watched Sea Farming Assist Software developed from
being firstly developed for the Atlantic Salmon Industry in Tasmania to other
species such as the Yellow Tail Kingfish operations in South Australia and now
for Barramundi growing in Western Australia. The system is very versatile and
customisable to adapt to our needs.

Mobile Freezer Stock Control Application (January 2007).
Aqua Assist Pty Ltd is developing a brand new Mobile PDA application for the
recording of Tuna Bait purchases, freezer movements such as transferring into
and out of freezers, distributions to customers, disposal and onto the Tuna
boats to feed captured tuna in cages. Australian Fishing Enterprises choose us
over some of Australia's biggest software and hardware providers such as Telstra
because of our experience in Mobile PDA software / hardware development and of
the ability to interface it to our Tuna Assist Stock Management Software package
which they have been using for over 3 years.

Mobile Dive Log Application (December 2006).
Aqua Assist Pty Ltd has been developing a Mobile PDA application for the
recording of Dive Information for Australian Bight Abalone in South Australia.
The Meazura Mobile PDA is IP67 rated which is waterproof and shockproof and can
withstand the harsh salt water environment of being on board a boat out in the
sea. The Mobile Application accepts data on the dive, maintenance details of the
cage and net, mortalities, weight length samples, feed sample and environment
conditions.
Manufacturing Assist Software with new Environment Management Module (November
2006).
Aqua Assist Pty Ltd has released today Environment
Module for Manufacture Assist software. (Used by the top 2 Aquaculture Feed
Companies in Australia) Manufacturing Assist software now has specific data
screens for capture of any kind of environment impact that a Manufacturing Plant
can output such as Storm Water Monitoring, Water Usage, All Raw Material Usage,
Raw Material Handling Instructions, Accident Reporting, Certified and Non
Certified Organics used in Production, Returned Waste, Waste Transfer, Recycling
of Waste percentage back into Production and much more. The system continues to
grow in support of manufacturing companies in Tasmania and Australia and would
